About

Mudstone is a virtual sketch book of my ideas. My sketch books are usually full of sketches, notes, ideas, some photos that inspire me, whatever cool thing I’m into at that time. Mudstone is also kind of like my garage, only a lot more organized and on the web. I’ve got no clue as to what most of the stuff in there is or what it was for, but one day I may find something interesting and useful in there.

About me

I’m an artist and I am into many different forms of art. I was primarily a clay artist for many years until I switched my focus to web design. I switched partially due to practical concerns, but I’ve really enjoyed the ride and was ‘bout ready for a change anyway.
I live in the Bay Area (CA), with Mary. We both live to serve a certain cat we call Lucy, HRH.

Stuff that interests me

Art, fire, fire art (the best), kilns, steam engines, kinetic sculpture, web design, code, veganism, food/cooking, restaurants, museums, travel, hiking, yoga, LED poi and “fire” staff, building stuff (DIY/Make Mag), music, living green… there’s more but the list is long enough for now.
